Terms of use

Last updated: 19 October 2026. A plain-language starting point — the owner should have it reviewed for each country Pre Mart serves.

1. What Pre Mart is. Pre Mart is a listing platform. Members list items and talk to each other. Pre Mart is not the seller or buyer of any item and is not a party to any sale.
2. No payments. Pre Mart does not take, hold or process payments. Any payment is between buyer and seller, at their own risk.
3. Your account. One person, one account, signed in with your own phone number. Keep your sign-in codes private.
4. Your listings. You must own what you sell, describe it honestly (condition, size, flaws) and say whether it is original or a replica. You give Pre Mart permission to show your photos and text on the site and in sharing previews.
5. Not allowed. Prohibited items, misleading listings, copies sold as originals, spam, harassment, and asking for payment outside what both sides agreed. See What you can't sell.
6. Moderation. We may hold, edit or remove listings, and suspend accounts, that break these terms or the law.
7. Brand owners. If a listing infringes your rights, report it with details and we will review it promptly.
8. No warranty. Pre Mart is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Pre Mart is not responsible for items, payments, deliveries or meetings between members.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
